PHOENIX -- Have a buck? Then you can buy a new laptop computer.Best Buy and Sprint have teamed up to sell a Hewlett-Packard Compaq Mini NetBook for 99 cents.But don't rush out just yet. There is a catch.Customers have to sign a two-year mobile broadband contract with Sprint that limits users to 5 gigabytes of web data usage per month.Extra fees apply if that limit is exceeded.Best Buy says the deal is only available in stores.
