U.S. District Judge James M. Moody approved a $84.9 million settlement in the Pilot Flying J fuel rebate scandal in a Little Rock, Arkansas courtroom Monday.

In an interview with NewsChannel5 Chief Investigator Ron Regan, Atlantic Coast Carriers attorney Mark Tate alleges a " Haslam scheme" took money from small to medium trucking companies, and he also says actions by CEO Jimmy Haslam may be civil witness tampering and have to be explored.
Tate said he has at least five additional trucking companies coming forward, alleging they were not paid thousands in rebates.
He also said the allegations against Haslam, who also owns the Cleveland Browns, puts the NFL in a bad light.
It's beyond Michael Vick and fighting dogs, Tate told Regan in an interview Thursday.
A motion requesting the temporary restraining order was filed to stop Haslam from contacting trucking companies who claim they were cheated by Pilot Flying J. A hearing on the motion will be held in Knoxville on Monday.
"It's easy to be a leader when things are going great," said Dee Haslam referring to her husband.
"It's a lot tougher when things are not, and Jimmy's been a great leader."
