CLEVELAND -- A backyard patio chair could be dangerous to children, NewsChannel5 reported.

The consumer alert comes from Wal-Mart about the Home Trends Kiddy Sling Chair sold in stores nationwide. The chairs have small plastic bolt covers.

There have been two reports of children removing the covers and putting them in their mouths.

Consumers can call Wal-Mart at (800) 925-6278 for more information or return the chair to the store for a refund.
