COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Current and former Wal-Mart employees in Ohio and 29 other states can now apply for a share of an $85 million lawsuit.

A press release from the company said employees can recover anywhere from $25 to $300 based on the length of employment and type of payment option chosen, NewsChannel5 partner ONN reported.

The settlement comes from lawsuits that claimed Wal-Mart did not pay employees for all the time they worked.

Nov. 9 is the last day to apply.
