CLEVELAND -- The government is hanging out the "help wanted" sign and you don't need to live in Washington, D.C., to get the job. In fact, Kiplinger.com said 85 percent of the jobs are not in Washington. The federal Web site, usajobs.gov, lists more than 45,000 job openings with the government. If you don't find what you're looking for there, visit the Web sites of the federal agencies you're interested in to find jobs.Federal jobs will be most abundant in areas the Obama administration has listed as priorities: renewable energy, the environment, infrastructure, health care and education.
