Akron police arrested three teens accused of breaking into an Akron high school Saturday night and using spray paint to vandalize the inside of the school.

Police arrested 19-year-old Andrew Dague and two 16-year-old boys and charged them with breaking and entering, curfew, criminal mischief and obstructing official business.

Police said the three teens broke into East High School on Brittain Road, which is currently under renovation. They were apprehended after a brief foot chase, police said.

Dague was booked at the Summit County Jail and the minors were placed in juvenile custody.
