Cuyahoga County Board of Health

Shots start at $21 for kids and $31 for adults, but there is no cost for those unable to pay. Call 216-201-2041 to make an appointment.

By appointment only:

Lyndhurst Community Center, 1341 Parkview Drive, Lyndhurst.

Lakewood Clinic, 12805 Detroit Ave., Lakewood.

St. John Westshore Hospital, 29160 Center Ridge Road, Westlake.


5550 Venture Drive, Parma; 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or by appointment. 

Cleveland Department of Health

Priced on a sliding scale - please bring your insurance information. By walk-in.

J. Glen Smith Health Center, 11100 St. Clair Ave. 216-249-4100. Tuesdays, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

McCafferty Health Center, 4242 Lorain Ave. 216-651-5005. Fridays, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Shaker Heights Health Services

$12 for children, $30 for adults, and a $10 fee applies to non-Shaker residents. Available through December. Call to make an appointment at 216-491-1480.

The Cleveland Clinic
