A lot of people watched in awe Wednesday as the statue of Saddam Hussein in Baghdad came tumbling down on live TV, according to NewsChannel5.

Students at Cleveland State University were supposed to be in class this morning, but many stayed in the student lounge to watch history unfold.

They were glued to the television, shocked at what they were seeing. Many have loved ones in the military.

"First I was antiwar, but then once I see all this I'm all for it," said one student.

Another student said: "I'm very upset that we lost a number of soldiers. You can't take that back. But to see that happen right now that makes it all fine that your loved ones are over there."

Some Arab-American students, however, are still against the war and think there are better ways to accomplish a regime change in Iraq.
