CLEVELAND -- A former Westlake cosmetologist is facing criminal charges.Richard Annabella is charged with 49 counts of practicing medicine without a license. He will be arraigned on Tuesday.A NewsChannel5 investigation two years ago revealed widespread complaints about cosmetic procedures Annabella was performing at his Bella Derm Salon.Since the reports first aired, Annabella's cosmetology license was revoked.
