A fight in a bar parking lot led to two people getting shot on Cleveland's east side.

Cleveland police Lt. Thomas Stacho said that a white Chevrolet Tahoe rammed a burgundy Malibu in the parking lot of Joe D's bar at East 135th Street and Miles Avenue at about 2:30 a.m.

The drivers of the two vehicles then engaged in a fight in the parking lot, he said.

The Tahoe fled, but returned twice. The driver opened fire on the Monte Carlo, injuring two victims, Stacho said.

Police found a man in the back of the Monte Carlo with multiple gunshot wounds in the arm, leg and stomach. There was no immediate word on his condition.

The second victim was driven to Southpointe Hospital in another car. He suffered a gunshot wound to the arm.

Police are investigating. No arrests have been made.
