CLEVELAND -- Police are investigating the death of a Cleveland man.The coroner's office told NewsChannel5 that William C. Alexander, 56, died at University Hospitals of an apparent heart attack.Investigators said it happened after he was assaulted on the city's east side.If you have any information, call police.
