Three men are dead after a boat capsized on the waters on Lake Erie Thursday night.

Coast Guard crews were called out to Lake Erie on Thursday night after the boat overturned eight miles offshore in Conneaut.

The Erie, Pa., Coast Guard Station recovered two men wearing life jackets who were unresponsive and not breathing around 8:50 p.m. Another man was later found faced down in the waters.

The victims have been identified as 83-year-old Doyle Broomfield, 74-year-old Nathaniel Jackson and 52-year-old Vincent Dale Mack, all of Youngstown.

It's unclear what caused the boat to capsize.
