Man Arrested After Inappropriate Activity At Sleep Lab

AMHERST, Ohio -- A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with inappropriate activity at the Amherst Superior Medical Sleep Lab.

Mina Roufail, 22, of Parma Heights, a lab employee, was charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition and two counts of sexual imposition.

Police said the case was investigated after getting complaints from a woman and a 17-year-old.

Roufail had been an employee of the company for about one year. He is no longer employed there.

The names of the victims or other details of the investigation are not being released.
