SANDUSKY, Ohio -- A Sandusky woman's body was pulled from Lake Erie.Officials said Susan Vastag fell off a 54-foot pleasure boat.Operators of a tow boat pulled the woman out of the water near Cedar Point Amusement Park.The Ohio Department of Natural Resources said Vastag was pronounced dead at the hospital.An autopsy is set for Friday.
