Baby Gender Test Prompts Class-Action Lawsuit
A class-action lawsuit has been filed against the maker of a controversial baby gender test, NewsChannel5 reported. Many expecting couples put their trust in Acu-Gen's new baby gender monitor test and received the wrong results. The test claims its 99.9 percent accurate and offered a money-back guarantee. Sixteen women who are part of the class-action lawsuit claim the results were wrong and their money was not refunded. NewsChannel5 featured the gender test as part of a special assignment on Sunday.
