It seems everywhere we turn lately we're surrounded by the recent makeover craze - changes to our houses, clothes, and bodies, all made in an attempt to be happier. But shouldn't we put our efforts into changing our mental and emotional outlooks instead of couch fabric and lipstick? We'll talk with best-selling author MJ Ryan about her new book "The Happiness Makeover" to find out how to teach yourself to be happy and enjoy every day.
