CLEVELAND -- A festival offering free health care has been canceled for this weekend in the Cleveland area because of concerns related to swine flu. Cuyahoga County Health Commissioner Terry Allan said state health officials felt it wasn't a good idea to bring together thousands of people, including many with health problems who would be at increased risk of catching swine flu from anyone who might have it. The weekend event planned at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds was the brainchild of a local banker who had helped to provide free health care in Third World countries and wanted to do something similar for Cleveland. Ohio has had one confirmed case of swine flu, a 9-year-old boy who has been recovering in Elyria.
