Lotions, Creams Preserve Skin

Everyone wants to live long, but can you prevent aging?

NewsChannel5's Health Reporter Alicia Booth said that you actually can prevent aging.

Dermatologists say antiaging creams and lotions help to preserve the skin, making you look younger and keeping wrinkles away.

To work, anti-aging creams must contain one of three proven ingredients, which are retinal, and alpha hydroxy acid, such as glycolic, lactic acid or niacin. Niacin is also known as vitamin B3.

Booth added that wearing sunscreen on your face every day can also help you look younger.
