| Do you believe in ghosts? Maybe you should. They appear in the woods, homes and inns across northeast Ohio. |

A ghost roams a downtown Cleveland building: the Federal Reserve Bank on Superior Avenue and East Sixth Street.
The building may be as difficult to get into as Fort Knox, but up on the eighth floor, there just may be a ghost -- a female ghost.
In 1992, a cleaning woman spotted a female ghost late at night, but no one else seems to have seen her.
"I think people have their own personal experiences," metaphysical consultant Richard Pietz said. "Not everyone's going to see the same ghost. Some may see one aspect of it, one may see a man, some may see a woman. Everybody is different; not everybody is going to see the same spiritual phenomenon."
The Federal Reserve officials never investigated the ghost sighting. And there have not been any other reports of ghosts there.
