Three-year-old Emilliano Terry was reported missing to Cleveland police by his 20-year-old mother, Camilia.
Camilia Terry called 911 from Kossuth Park on Sunday, telling dispatchers she had not seen her 3-year-old son, Emilliano, in about 15 minutes.

On Monday, Cleveland police said there was inconsistencies with 20-year-old Camilia Terry's statements about her missing son.
Cleveland police took the mother of 3-year-old Emilliano Terry, Camilia, into custody on Nov. 26, 2012 in connection with her son's death. She was not immediately charged.
Posts to a Yahoo! News article, allegedly from 20-year-old Camilia Terry, said "I have a three year old toddler I want ot put up for adoption." The post was dated Nov. 21, 2012.
