AKRON, Ohio -- Police arrested a man Friday who had been wanted in connection with a home invasion.

Giovanni Travis was arrested after police stopped a vehicle in which he was a passenger near the intersection of Charlotte Street and Merriman Road.

Travis was wanted in connection with a robbery of a South Rhodes Avenue home on Tuesday.

He is being charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
