Mr. Food's Blueberry Cream Pie
6 to 8 servings
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and dried
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- One 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and heavy cream; mix well. Fold in the whipped cream then gently stir in the blueberries until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into the pie crust, cover and chill overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
