Fat Fish Blue's BBQ Shrimp Sauce

BBQ Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 turbo dogs beer
  • 2 tbsp crystal hot sauce
  • 3 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp red crushed pepper
  • 2 tbsp blackening mix
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 20 shrimp, peeled
  • 2 pats unsalted butter
Directions:

In a large pot, add all ingredients and bring to boil. Let simmer for 15 – 20 minutes, or until reduced in half.

Set aside.

Saute shrimp in butter.

Add 12 oz of shrimp sauce into pan.

Once shrimp are cooked, remove from pan and place in bowl with wild rice.

Thicken sauce with butter.

Pour over shrimp and serve.
