Comatose Baby Expected To Die Within Year

MANSFIELD, Ohio -- The court-appointed guardian for Aiden Stein is speaking out about the baby's injuries. The guardian said the 17-month-old boy on life support is expected to die within a year from brain injuries, NewsChannel5 reported.
SLIDESHOW: Comatose Baby Aiden has been in the pediatric intensive care unit at Akron Children's Hospital for more than a year. Aiden’s father, Matthew Stein, is accused of shaking him, causing his condition. Doctors have diagnosed Aiden with Shaken Baby Syndrome. Police have not yet charged the father, but officers said they plan to charge him with murder if the infant dies.
