AKRON, Ohio -- A Summit County judge is expected to decide this week if a 5-month-old Mansfield baby should be taken off life-support.
Doctors at Akron Children's hospital say Aiden Stein is brain dead and has no chance to recover from injuries, NewsChannel5 reported.
The boy's parents, Matthew Stein and Arica Heimlich, want to keep him alive.
If the infant dies, his father could face charges for allegedly shaking him.
The attorney appointed to represent Aiden recommended last week
that he be taken off life-support.
