Ashton Kutcher gets ready to blast off into space on Richard Branson's airline

CLEVELAND - Actor Ashton Kutcher will soon leave planet Earth behind.

The "Two And A Half Men" star has paid to travel into outer space with Virgin Galactic. That's according to Virgin CEO Richard Branson, who spoke to "Us Weekly" magazine about the upcoming travels.

Bron blogged that Kutcher signed up to be the 500th "astronaut customer."  Tickets for the trip cost $200,000, according to the company's website.

The date of Kutcher's flight has not been announced.
