Enjoy German food and beer for four days at Oktoberfest at The Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea. There's entertainment from Bier Garten Girls, slap dancers, polka bands, and choirs. It costs $10 to get in. You can buy $8 tickets online. Kids under 12 get in for free.
2. Geauga County Fair
Ohio's oldest fair is still kicking in Geauga county.
Check out the racing pigs this year. They compete for an Oreo cookie at the end of the finish line. The Geauga County Fair features more than 12 thousand exhibitors, music and more.
3. Battle of Lake Erie Bicentennial
Tour and sail on some of the 17 tall ships docked on the Lake Erie islands for the Battle of Lake Erie Bicentennial this weekend. There are concerts, food, and historical demonstrations.
The big attraction is happening Monday. It's the Battle of Lake Erie reenactment on the waters of Lake Erie. It was a major turning point in the War of 1812.
