RANDOM DRAWING: Five (5) winners will be selected by random drawing on three separate dates, on or about 6/22/09, 7/20/09 and 8/21/09 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Winners will be notified by phone. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: Five (5) prizes will be awarded on each drawing date -– each winner will receive a four-pack of tickets to a private viewing of Dinosaurs! at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, 3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland, OH 44109, and breakfast for four from McDonald’s. The winners selected on 6/22/09 will receive tickets and breakfast to be used on June 27, 2009 at 8:00am; the winners selected on 7/20/09 will receive tickets and breakfast to be used on July 24. 2009 at 8:00am, and the winners selected on 8/21/09 will receive tickets and breakfast to be used on August 27, 2009 at 8:00am. Total ARV: $60 per winner. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions on gift certificate or imposed by issuer.

Prize(s) will be available for pick-up at WEWS, 3001 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, which requires social security number, completed within 3 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. All winners must produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
