CLEVELAND -- It's a unique-looking building in Cleveland, but apparently others think the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is an eyesore.

According to Forbes Magazine, the Rock Hall comes in at No. 2 on the list of the world's ugliest buildings.

The survey says the ugliest building is the Millennium Dome in London.

The buildings on the list share similarities: big budgets, futuristic styling and divided opinion among local residents, architects and the general public.
