Akron Hosts National Hamburger Festival This Weekend

Festival Takes Place Saturday, Sunday At Akron's Lock 3

AKRON, Ohio -- Are you craving a big, juicy burger? If so, stop by the National Hamburger Festival, taking place this weekend in Akron.

The festival celebrates the iconic hamburger and will host fun family activities such as bobbing for burgers, live music, and competitions for the best burgers. And of course, there will be plenty of burgers to eat.

The festival takes place from noon to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday. It is located at Lock 3 in downtown Akron, next to Akron Civic Theater on South Main Street.

Admission is $5. Children 7 and under get in for free.
