CLEVELAND -- Police have charged three 15-year-old special-education students with raping a classmate at East Tech High School in Cleveland, NewsChannel5 reported. Investigators said a 17-year-old boy told them the younger boys attacked him three times in the last two weeks. The teen told police he was raped in a bathroom, a locker room and at the school's track. A worker at the school gave a statement to police Monday that he witnessed the April 22 incident. He had not been charged. Two of the 15-year-olds were charged Tuesday in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court with delinquency by reason of rape and assault, said Carmen Naso, a juvenile prosecutor. Authorities charged the third with delinquency by reason of assault and multiple rape counts, Naso said. The 15-year-olds could be jailed until they're 21 if they're found delinquent on the most serious charges.
