MACEDONIA, Ohio - Most everyone in northeast Ohio received several inches of snowfall overnight Sunday. And this is nothing unusual for Feb. 17. But it's also about the time everyone becomes anxious for the warm weather to finally arrive and stay for months.
"It's very annoying because you can't go places. You have to wake up early to turn your car on and get all the snow off" said Shannon Schwed of Macedonia.
By mid-afternoon the sun was shining bright, the roads were dry and Mother Nature teased us once again.
"One day it snows, the next day the sun will come out and melt the snow. Then you have cold weather again" said Gerry Setele of Macedonia.
Daylight is hanging around a little longer. We can now more clearly and see what color our cars are, as less and less salt accumulates on them.
Hang in there northeast Ohio. Spring really is getting closer.
