CLEVELAND - Rascal House Pizza is offering free hot drinks to city workers, law enforcement and others out braving the cold.
All Rascal House Pizza locations are participating in offering complimentary hot chocolate and coffee to city workers, snow plow drivers and stranded travelers.
You can escape the frigid weather, use the restroom and access complimentary WiFi. Rascal House says you can stay as long as you need.
