At about 1 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2013, the Shoreway was covered in snow and motorists drove 10 to 15 miles under the speed limit.

CLEVELAND - While some cities across the area woke up to just a trace of snow on the ground, that has since changed.
The National Weather Services reported that Chardon has 11 inches of snow on the ground as of Friday afternoon.
