Northeast Ohio snow totals: Shaker Heights, Old Brooklyn see accumulation

CLEVELAND - While some cities across the area woke up to just a trace of snow on the ground, that has since changed.

The National Weather Services reported that Chardon has 11 inches of snow on the ground as of Friday afternoon.
