CLEVELAND - CLEVELAND - Good news for Trans-Siberian Orchestra or TSO fans who didn't get to make it to Wednesday's shows, you still have a chance.

Live Nation announced several options for ticket holders after hundreds of fans hit the internet to voice their anger and frustrations over the performances not being canceled for the major snow storm.

Ticket holders expressed their disappointment on  Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Facebook page  about the group's decision to let the show go on in Cleveland.  Several others wrote of how they could not get refunds even though inclement weather prohibited them from attending.

TSO never responded to any of the posts on their  Facebook page.

The first show in Cleveland started at 3 p.m. Another is scheduled for 8 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena.

NewsChannel5 was outside of the Quicken Loans Arena as vehicles, waved-on by police officers, slowly made their way to the arena parking lot.  Traffic to park lined the outside of the arena well after the show's 3 p.m. start, with many people late because of the weather.

Francine Thomas said she wasn't upset the performance wasn't canceled but described a difficult drive to Downtown Cleveland.  "I was nervous getting here from Akron," said Thomas, "... [the drive] was horrible but my son, he's a good driver!"

"They should've canceled it," said Luis Lozano.  Chris Lozano said she tried to get her tickets refunded before the show start.  "I called and they said no way, so here we are.  Hopefully we'll be able to drive away when we leave," she said.

Others said despite weather warnings, things were not bad if you left early and drove carefully.  Many were excited and looked forward to the performance.

Online, however, frustrations over the show not canceling only brewed.

Someone created a  "Cleveland Fans Against greedy TSO" Facebook page,  which garnered 33 likes early on. Whoever created the page posted, "I just received a Blizzard warning on my phone, and it said that this warning is categorized as 'severe.' Then they defined 'severe' as 'including a major risk of life to be on the roadways.' If that doesn't qualify for a REFUND, I don't know what does??"

According to The Q, it was TSO's decision not to cancel the event or give refunds.

On TSO's Facebook page,  Lisa Stith wrote," ... tried to come but roads too bad. turned around. always love your show and was taking my niece for the first time. have been 5xs. too bad there can't be a happy medium to resolve the ticket issue. i bought 4 tickets."

Tickets range from $50 to $150 each.
