CLEVELAND - A blast of snow and wind blew through downtown Cleveland Tuesday morning, creating whiteout conditions.
In the first video shot by NewsChannel5 multimedia journalist Mike Vielhaber, a lone person bundled up trudges through the snow and whipping wind on Euclid Avenue near Cleveland State University.
Further downtown on East 9th Street, cars drive through rough, unplowed roads.
