Working Dog Weekend at Lake Metroparks Farmpark

The Farmpark at Lake Metroparks is have a special weekend for man's best friend. It's working dog weekend, a tribute to the hard working canines that have actually brought humans through to where we are today in history.
You'll see about 40 different dogs with different abilities from rescue dogs to dock diving dogs. They will also have the Lake County K-9 unit as well as the Farmpark's own ranger department
It's not all about fun and games though, the Animal Clinic in Chardon will be there to do seminars on how to take care of your own dog. You'll get to hear a real dog's heart beat and see a flea and other insects under a microscope.
