CLEVELAND - As Isaac slowly moves to the north, the tropical system will bring flooding rains to the Gulf Coast and to the Mississippi River Valley.
By the end of the week, Isaac will have moved a little, into Arkansas and Missouri, as an area of low pressure bringing more rain before turning northeast towards the Midwest.
Isaac's rain should begin across our region by Saturday afternoon. First starting in the southwest and moving northeast. Tropical rain storm Isaac, or Isaac's remnants, will be slow to move through, bringing us rain through Labor Day.
As of now, it looks like the heaviest and steadiest rains will fall overnight Saturday into Sunday evening. Some spots across the area could see anywhere from an inch to upwards of three inches of rain.
