WASHINGTON - Monday morning’s foggy sunrise made for a very picturesque view over the nation’s capital.
An ABC camera captured images of the fog as it blanketed most of Washington, D.C. The cloud cover was so low it allowed the Washington Monument to peek out above it.
The fog dissipated as the morning evolved, revealing the Capitol and other recognizable DC landmarks.
