CLEVELAND - Meteorologist Christine Ferreira spoke to first and second graders at Urban Community School on West 49th and Lorain Tuesday.
The students got a virtual tour of NewsChannel 5, learned about the tools needed to predict the weather and gave current weather reports.
When learning about tornado safety, the students demonstrated the "tornado drill" position they learned in school.
Christine also shared some great science experiments.
If you want Meteorologist Christine Ferreira to come to your school, send her an email or connect on Facebook or Twitter .
