CLEVELAND - Hoping for a snow day on Thursday? Power of Five meteorologist Mark Johnson might have to burst your bubble.
After days of snow, freezing temperatures and hundreds school closings, Mark posted his “official snow day probability map for Thursday” on Wednesday night.
Schools in Ashtabula, Geauga and Lake Counties have a small chance for a day off. Cuyahoga County school children should plan on making the frigid trek to the bus stop.
But the most surprising part of the forecast was for the western parts of the viewing area. According to Mark, if you live in Lorain, Medina, Holmes, Wayne and Stark Counties, you have a “better chance to see Elvis.”
While some on our Facebook page joked that kids wouldn’t even know what the king of rock ‘n’ roll looks like, others mentioned snow-covered streets and falling flurries.
