Is this a photo of something "Out of this World?" Joanna from North Olmsted spotted these two strange …

CLEVELAND - Ted Henry, our vaunted former News Anchor, swears he saw strange lights in the Cleveland sky a few years back. He couldn't explain them--no one could. Ted is one of the most credible guys I know. He believed he saw something extraordinary. I believe him. Now, it appears the strange lights are back...
The photo here was taken on July 4, 2010. It shows two small, orange lights in the sky over western Cuyahoga County. Could it be that extra-terrestrials are watching?
Here's what Joanna from Olmsted Falls wrote in her e-mail to me:
"On the 3rd of July, my brother, sister-in-law and I were sitting outside when we saw two orange objects moving very slowly in the sky. One went right over our heads and the other went straight up into the sky and disappeared into nowhere (there were no clouds out).
We live in Olmsted Falls, right on the flight path of the airport, so we know what airplanes and helicopters look and sound like. This was neither and made absolutely no sound at all. And NO, they weren't fireworks... no way.
On the 4th of July... the same thing happened. This time, my brother, his wife and another couple were sitting out when they came back. My sister-in-law took a picture of them.
It's strange because on the computer, you could see how black the sky is with just the two orange things in the sky, and there's a green thing closer to the ground that we have no idea what it is. They didn't see the green thing (which, without actually knowing what it is, looks like a space ship). That green thing could possibly be the neighbors shed... but then again the shed is red, and there are no lights on it.
When I had the picture developed by Shutterfly, there are red and green splotches on the picture. At first we thought it was from a tree, but the location of the nearest tree is in the neighbor's yard, and this looks like it's by my patio in my yard. Also, the red and green splotches are all over the side of my house as well.... just too weird (UFO dust??? LOL). Oh, by the way. The picture was taken without a flash so there's no way those splotches could be a reflection of the camera."
