CLEVELAND - Don't forget to follow Trent on Twitter  @TrentMweather for updates throughout the day!

Evening Update: Add the extra layers this evening as temps drop. We'll se a partial clearing of our clouds overnight allowing our 30º temps to drop into the teens! Counties along the lake will stay in the lower 20s but still cold.

Afternoon  Update: Temperatures are hovering in the upper 20s and lower 30s with a breezy northwest and west wind. You'll need your heavy coats if your going outside today, windchills are near 20º all day.

Say good-bye to yesterday's snow storm but the the breezy north wind and cold temperatures are sticking around. Everyone has at least an inch of snow on the ground with some areas waking up to over 7" from the storm. Throughout the day today, we will stay mainly snowflake free but side roads are still slick. Drive safely.

Even though the snow is done, the temperatures will struggle to warm. Temperatures today will hold in the lower 30s before dropping quickly overnight tonight. Areas inland away from the lake will drop into the teens by sunrise Sunday. And yes, we will see the sun Sunday! It won't help temperatures much, we'll stay in the middle 30s.

The cold air lingers into next week with more chances for snow. A quick moving system will be a few snowflakes south of the turnpike late Monday and into early Tuesday. Most of northern Ohio will stay snow free until after Christmas.

After Christmas is another story though. Our next winter storm will likely ride up the Appalachian Mtns and has the potential to give us several inches of snow. We'll keep monitoring the computer models and pinpoint the details of the storm as it gets closer.
