9:00 pm Update: Low pressure over Illinois will move slowly east into Ohio tonight and Tuesday. Scattered showers and thundershowers will move in with the low tonight and linger on and off thru the day on Tuesday. The warmest air and the biggest thunderstorms will stay well to our south. Still, scattered thundershowers will likely slow many of you down for the morning commute and could affect your afternoon activities as well. Cloudy skies will be the rule on Tuesday with high temperatures in the middle and upper 70s.
An isolated shower is possible for Wednesday mornings rush hour. The bulk of the day will be dry with sunshine returning for the afternoon. Highs will be near average for the day...near 80 degrees.
6:00 pm Update: Wave of sprinkles/ light rain showers will slide east across the area thru 9pm. Light rain reported now in Lorain, Elyria, Wooster & Mansfield.
5:00 pm Update: Isolated sprinkles continue to move northeast across areas west of Cleveland & Akron. A few sprinkles are possible this evening mainly west of Interstate 71. Skies will remain cloudy through the evening hours with temperatures in the 70s.
4:00 pm Update: Clouds continue to thicken up across the area from west to east. Rain showers are currently shifting Northeast thru Erie, Huron, Sandusky, Seneca & Ottawa Counties. Most of the area will stay dry thru 9pm tonight. Cloudy skies will rule with temperatures in the 70s.

It's a partly cloudy afternoon, but clouds will increase this evening as a cold front approaches from the Midwest. Expect highs slightly warmer than yesterday, in the low 80s.
I'll keep a stray shower in the forecast today, especially west of Cleveland. However, a much better chance of rain arrives tonight through Tuesday along the front.
Showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely Tuesday, but we won't see any severe weather. Highs will hit the upper 70s.
High pressure builds in Wednesday with pleasant highs in the upper 70s. Temperatures hover near 80 degrees Thursday under sunny skies.
Another front arrives Friday, bringing our next chance of rain. Cooler air surges in behind the front this weekend. Highs will only hit the low 70s!
