Goodbye 70s, hello heat!
Morning temperatures are in the 60s under clear skies. Temperatures will quickly warm to 80 degrees by lunchtime with full sunshine. Highs today will be much warmer, near 85 degrees.
Low temperatures will also be warming over the next few days. Expect lows in the mid-60s tonight and 70s at the end of the week.
Warm air that was over the Plains earlier this week will surge into the Midwest by Thursday. Highs will jump to the 90s in Northeast Ohio.
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms is in the forecast early Friday, as a weak front drops across the Great Lakes. This front will do little to cool temperatures for the weekend. Look for highs in the low 90s both Saturday and Sunday.
Another front arrives late Sunday, cooling temperatures to the upper 80s next week.
