CLEVELAND - Structure beam deficiencies in the East 49th Street bridge means repairs and closures that may last months.

Bridge inspectors in Cleveland said the southbound lane on the bridge will be closed until repairs are made.

Temporary stop signs and bars are in place to allow traffic to continue to travel across the bridge.

Cuyahoga County officials remind drivers to proceed with caution and obey all posted signs.
