CLEVELAND - RTA said its Green and Blue lines were back up and running after being closed Friday morning due to electrical issues.
The closure began Friday morning during morning rush hour.
Regular passengers could get on a bus at their regular train stop, according to RTA.
They said passengers may face some delays with the buses because of traffic and road conditions.
