CLEVELAND - Not unexpected, the heart of winter has done quite the number on northeast Ohio roads – leaving some giant craters.
NewsChannel5 viewer Brian Matthei sent us a photo Wednesday of his son Jake standing inside of a 2 foot by 3 foot pothole that was about 2 feet deep. It’s located on Briar Road near West 139th Street on Cleveland’s west side.
