CLEVELAND, Ohio - ODOT changes to the Innerbelt this week, as well as changes in the Garfield Heights area, could affect your commute.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the following changes will impact traffic starting Monday.
Innerbelt Updates
Downtown/Gateway District Impacts
On Monday, East 9th Street under I-90 will have intermittent lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Monday and Tuesday, outbound East 14th Street will be closed from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day.
Tremont Impacts
On Monday, Kenilworth Avenue will open by 7 a.m.
On Monday, Fairfield Avenue will close by 7 a.m. and remain closed until approximately August 6.
Garfield Heights
On Monday, crews on behalf of ODOT will begin preparations for corrective work on State Route 2 east and westbound between State Route 91 and State Route 306 through Mentor and Willoughby. Motorists will see equipment, signs and construction barrels arrive on the project to prepare for the Monday, July 30 start date.
