CLEVELAND - Below is a list of ODOT's announced construction closures for Warrensville Center Road:
I-480 Closures Necessary for Work on Warrensville Center Road
Overnight closures begin Monday, February 20
GARFIELD HEIGHTS (Wednesday, February 15, 2012) – Work is progressing on the Warrensville Center Road overpass rehabilitation project in Warrensville Heights and Maple Heights. During the week of February 20, crews will be setting structural steel for the rehabilitated Warrensville Center Road overpass over I-480 and the following closures will be in place:
Overnight Monday, February 20:
· Overnight Monday crews will close all lanes on I-480 eastbound beneath Warrensville Center Road from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. I-480 eastbound motorists will be detoured south on Warrensville Center Road, east on Libby Road, north on Northfield Road and east on Miles Road back to I-480.
Overnight Tuesday, February 21:
· Overnight Tuesday crews will close all lanes on I-480 eastbound beneath Warrensville Center Road from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. I-480 eastbound motorists will be detoured south on Warrensville Center Road, east on Libby Road, north on Northfield Road and east on Miles Road back to I-480.
· Also overnight Tuesday the left two lanes of I-480 westbound at Warrensville Center Road will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Only the right lane will remain open.
Overnight Wednesday, February 22:
· Overnight Wednesday crews will close all lanes on I-480 westbound beneath Warrensville Center Road from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. I-480 westbound motorists will be detoured west on Miles Road and south on Warrensville Center Road.
· To accommodate this closure, the I-271 southbound Express Lanes and the I-480 westbound entrance and exit ramps at Northfield Road will also be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. These motorists will be detoured west on Miles Road and south on Warrensville Center Road.
Overnight Thursday, February 23:
· Overnight Thursday crews will close the left two lanes on I-480 westbound beneath Warrensville Center Road from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Only the right lane will remain open.
